We now offer Personal Training in addition to dance lessons.
As she worked with her students, her lessons adapted to their needs beyond dancing, to physical fitness. There are 3 categories that are important to everyday life: strength, stamina, and flexibility.
The old adage "use it or lose it" applies to our bodies. The more we use our bodies to their full capability safely, the more rewarding life can be.
Whether your goal is to be a better dancer, maintain your health, or get your beach bod, Anne looks forward to partnering with you on your journey.
